On my Friday it rained quite a bit throughout the day, but there were also some blue sky sunny moments. Out and about I started paying attention to the wild beauty on the side of the road.
As well admiring some more manicured pieces on an evening walk.
For the second day in a row I participated in the 5 Minute Freewrite. The result of my 5 minutes is in the comments of the linked post. It's funny and exciting what can happen in five minutes and I like the option of participating by leaving your freewrite in the comments.
On Friday evening, my daughter and I watched a few episodes of Avatar: The last Airbender, and finished the first book of the "Dragon Masters" series.
By the end of the day, I hit 8,352 steps, below my daily minimum goal of 10,000 steps. My daily step and activity count has trended lower over the past 10 days. Providing my daily proof of Actifit activity is good motivation to aim higher for tomorrow.
