My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2022

Hi friends, In this post, I share some pictures from my Saturday, along with my Actifit Report Card.

On Saturday, I took my daughter to play mini-golf with one of her friends. The place had some beautiful gardens.

In the evening, we went for a walk. Well, I walked, and my daughter stood on a skateboard while I pulled her along. This actually worked out really well. I was able to walk about 3 kilometers at a good pace, she got some good practice cruising on the board. She said, "can we do this every day?" I said, for sure!

By the end of the day, I hit 10,982 steps, reaching my 10k/day goal for first time in three days. In addition to max AFIT rewards, my Actifit activity numbers from Friday, Oct 7-Monday, Oct 10 are my participation in the MAcFiT Season 11 - Super League Weekend 1.
