Hey Actifit frens! Had a wonderful day ... not lol. Had a meeting with my new drr and he injected my foot with another cortisol shot in my heel (which hurt like a bitch). Dealing with plantar Fasciitis so not able to do my normal stuff, but dr assured me in a few days it would be feeling better finally. Still hobbled in 6800 steps today. Also got in a HIIT session late at night lol.
