Hey actifit frens! I had a wonderful day today because it was a workday! And a Monday everyone’s favorite day of the week! I took my big fat puppy for a nice walk at lunch today, to help him lose some of that giant fatness. Then after work today, I did absolutely nothing sat on the couch like a giant loaf, and did not do an elliptical tomorrow I will make up for that. Hope y’all were more active than me today. However I did still knock out over 11,000 steps so I’m not that lazy that’s right I’m the man no one reads these anyways Bianca’s laughing at me chairs.
