Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very busy day today and I knocked out almost 8,000 steps by working at the office, taking my dog for a walk at lunch. Then afterwards I had to chase my children around the house as they conducted chaos experiments on me. Hope y’all had a busy day as well and enjoy the daily meme.
