Yeah, my old ones (the blue ones without the number) I use till 10km adn even after the 10km on the track I woke up during the night with pain in my legs... These ones (Boston 9, Lightstrike) are not officially allowed by the RFEA (Only they know why, I guess...) so I couldn't use them last Saturday and I'm a bit afraid to use them for a half marathon. Especially not when I don't have more kilometers in my legs than I've got now...
