Hello hivers, yesterday was a tough day at work, I ended up very exhausted but I didn't stop going to the gym.
ποΈββοΈ Chest day despite the fatigue! πͺ
Yesterday, after a long day, I decided not to let exhaustion stop me. I opted for a lighter but effective approach:
π₯ Bench press with light weight.
π₯ Incline press to work those upper fibers.
π₯ Decline press for a full approach.
π₯ And I finished with a good shoulder press with dumbbells.
Sometimes, the key is to listen to your body and adapt your training. It's not always about lifting heavy, but about staying moving and staying consistent! π₯
