Yeah, it looks nice. That is fancy and expensive estate built from cheap materials and unvocational men worked on construction. So, quality of apartments is very, very low, but the price goes to the moon. So, if you buy an appartment there, you get an expensive piece of shit.

Yes, it is. But most of people that have bought appartments have excess of money and lack of intellect. It's a sad truth.
Lack of intellect makes you take a lot of wrong decisions. I agree.
