I wonder what "too chilly" means for you. The temperature is currently around 15 ˚C in Hungary, but it will be under 0 ˚C in the winter, which is literally chilly. My hands are in pain below -7 ˚C, even in gloves, and the winter temperatures often go below -10 ˚C, sometimes even below -20 ˚C, and rarely even below -30 ˚C.

We are 7 tonight, but will bounce back to pleasant during the day. I suspect our weather to be much like yours. Cold never bothered me until I aged over 50 years old. Now the cold just feels colder.
