Hallo Steemians, HivePeople und Actifitter,

Das Jahr ist schon 21 Tage alt und erst heute abend hatte ich das erste mal die Möglichkeit mit den Nordic Walking Stöcken eine Runde zu drehen. Aufgrund der noch immer anhaltenden Corona-Einschränkungen sind wir nur zu zweit gelaufen. Aber es war mal wieder gut herauszukommen und einfach nur zu laufen. Nach genau 1,5 Stunden haben wir ca, 9,5 Kilometer hinter uns gebracht und der Kopf ist schon wieder etwas frischer.

Auf geht's in den Endspurt, morgen ist schon wieder Freitag und das Wochenende steht bevor.
