hive needs a way to fork itself, or do its own hardfpork updates in a golos.id style 'comitee" dao thing... so if hive proposal system had extra features, proposals lite, light proposals or "extra feature lite" proposals would allow each hive proposal post to be posted into a SECONDARY community proposal system, where you only pay 0.1 hbd or 0.1 hive or custom amount of hive or hive engine token (BTW we do need some sort of layer 1 consensus abouty Layer 1 hive engine tokens that everyone on hive is ok with adopting, something similar that finishes what SMTs were supposed to do, something you can create a token with using just the hive blog / communities web site section, with buttons for creating the token etc, i mean hive engine did so much on a third party side chain, its so quasi psuedo, i dunno, we all are able to trust @aggroed more than a truley decentralized system, and why not? lol he is a witness after all.
