I was playing this one since i was a kid, and i forgot the title. It takes me days to figure it out, i posted it on facebook and asking : what is the title of this song?, some 5 comments appear and 2 of them seems right.. cherry pink and apple blossom.
To make sure that it's right, i search it on You Tube and there you go, the same tune and piece. That was a wonderful song, and i don't why i still memorize it, kinda 35 years ago.

I remember when i was in elementary, we are always invited to play with the band in fiesta and other gatherings, or if some important people visit the school, we welcome them with songs.
And this is the one of the pieces, it was a band of xylophones, drums and majorate. Aside from Rondalla which i play the guitar, octavina and banduria, i was a drummer too. That elementary days for me is truly musical.
A photo with me, with a 5 year old student. Today he is 6 yrs old, and i visit him weekly for my ukulele lessons. I never thought that a kid this young can play an instrument.
Normally kids start around 7-8 years old. In learning musical instruments. I accept it as a challenge, how can i make a 6 year old play the ukulele, my findings are.. let him play and practice. Sooner or later with the parents support, the teacher's hardwork and student's willingness to learn, it will be a great lessons.
That kid name is Alesso, someday he will rock. He has 2 houses, where i visit. One in Cubao, Quezon City and Rockwell, Makati. He is related to Atom Aurollo, the reporter.

We Played on the same stage during the 5th Philippine Ukulele Festival, a yearly event where musicians and artists gather together from here and other countries.
She plays ukulele well, and have a beautiful voice. And pretty too 💕
