Hi Everyone
This is my entry for round 2 of the Hive music festival. This week I am playing around with a version of Ed Sheerans "Shape Of You"
. I threw in a chorus from TLC's song No Scrubs as it can be played with a similair chord progression and beat .I thought it would be fun to slip in part of another song then come back to "Shape of you"
I figured doing this adds an extra touch of originallity and also makes the song more fun for me.

This week I've listened to several covers of Ed's songs and I love this great artist!
Excellent what you do with the guitar, the voice and the natural way you sing! Love your presentation, keep that in mind.
It seems to me that your tone was a little low and if not please excuse me!!!

Yeah I think maybe the tone could be higher. I normally play this on the 7th fret, this time its played on the 6th fret. My guitar is down tuned to a D standard tuning so I guess I got kinda confused. I was switching between singing songs on what is now the 8th and 9th fret as the D tuning is 2 frets down from standard. I didnt even notice it until the video was already uploaded so I guess it felt comfortable enough that I just went with it.
Anyways I had fun with this one and I am happy with the take I got ,Im glad you enjoyed it and thanks so much for taking the time to comment :).

Ah I see I didn't realise the song lyrics were not part of the word count hold on let me see how many words it is without the lyrics.
Its 97 words without the lyrics. Im heading out for a birthday meal right now and its unlikely I have time to add 203 words. I dont feel like I have that much more to say about the song really . I just went for it and had fun recording it .I guess the 300 word counts to much for me bro ,Im really not good at creative writing like that.
