Hola Comunidad de Hive. Hoy hago mi entrada a esta comunidad de música para contar la historia de como formé mi primera banda, desde cero, sin conocimientos ni instrumentos, las ganas de querer hacer música fueron mi única motivación para entrar en este grandioso mundo de la música.

¿Alguien recuerda el messenger? Aquella aplicación de mensajería instantánea que todos usábamos cuando las redes sociales no se habían masificado donde teníamos que averiguar el nickname de la persona a la que queríamos conocer y podíamos enviar zumbidos? Aproximadamente a mediados del año 2010, viviendo en una zona donde predominaban otros gustos musicales, las pocas personas a las que les gustaba el "rock" se juntaban y se hacían amigas.

That instant messaging app that we all used when social media didn't get used to it, but where did we have to find out the nickname of the person we wanted to meet and send buzzes? Around the middle of 2010, living in an area where other musical tastes predominated, people who sometimes liked "rock" if they joined and became friends.
Isopo me agrego al messenger , basicamete me conto que me veia con guitarras y escuchando musica de ese tipo, obviamente mi look "rockerito" (de gorros, muñqueras, camisas de calaveras y bandas etc.) y empezamos a entablar una amistad, y aunque parezca curioso hay que destacar que viviendo en el mismo pueblo y estudiando en el mismo colegio no nos tratábamos en persona solo por msm, no recuerdo exactamente cuando surgió la idea de formar la banda pero fue algo que se nos metió en la cabeza, y como yo ya tenia guitarra decidimos que yo seria el guitarrista, pero aun estaba aprendiendo a tocar, básicamente sabia hacer acordes y uno que otro solo de guitarra sencillo, así que el se compro un bajo, no es que el tenia inclinación por ese instrumento o que le llamaran atención las lineas de bajo en las canciones, simplemente hacia falta una que tocara bajo, prácticamente formamos una banda sin saber tocar, sin tener instrumentos y conocimiento musical, (ni siquiera que estilo queríamos tocar)
Isopo added me to the messenger, basically he told me that he saw me with guitars and listening to music of that type, obviously my "rockerito" look (with hats, wristbands, skull and bands shirts etc.) and we began to establish a friendship, and although It seems curious, it should be noted that living in the same town and studying in the same school, we did not deal with each other in person only for msm, I do not remember exactly when the idea of forming the band arose but it was something that got into our heads, and how I already had a guitar, we decided that I would be the guitarist, but I was still learning to play, basically I knew how to make chords and the occasional simple guitar solo, so he bought a bass, not that he had a penchant for that instrument or that You will be struck by the bass lines in the songs, you simply needed one that played bass, we practically formed a band without knowing how to play, without having instruments and musical knowledge, (not even what style we wanted to play)
Empezamos a pensar en el estilo que tocaríamos, ahora, ninguno de los 2 teníamos inclinación hacia un estilo en concreto, nos gustaba muchos estilos de musca, así que no se si era porque eramos novatos, no sabíamos tocar y aparte para géneros mas pesados se necesitaban otros instrumentos como teclados o otros guitarristas, pero nos decidimos por el punk/rock, aparte de ser un genero que nos gustaba bastante era sencillo de tocar puesto que solo se necesitaba una guitarra un bajo y batería.
We started to think about the style we would play, now, neither of us had inclination towards a specific style, we liked many styles of musca, so I don't know if it was because we were newbies, we did not know how to play and apart from heavier genres we They needed other instruments such as keyboards or other guitarists, but we decided on punk / rock, apart from being a genre that we quite liked, it was easy to play since we only needed a guitar, a bass and drums.
La primera canción que tocamos fue espioage de green day, riff básico, notas básicas pero nos sentíamos unos pros la primera vez que tocamos el tema completo (jajaja) aun sin saber tocar bien, mi amigo no tenia un amplificador para su bajo, pues su situación económica no era la mejor y apenas se pudo comprar el bajo así que no podía comprar un amplificador hasta juntar el dinero ahorrando,así que utilizábamos de esos viejos reproductores de CD's, esos comunes que tienen una entrada para conectar un micrófono y ahí conectábamos el bajo, igual no duramos mucho tiempo haciendo eso, poco después quemamos el reproductor haciendo eso (jajaja).
The first song we played was espioage de green day, basic riff, basic notes but we felt like pros the first time we played the whole song (hahaha) even without knowing how to play well, my friend didn't have an amplifier for his bass, because his The economic situation was not the best and you could hardly buy the bass so I couldn't buy an amplifier until I had saved the money, so we used those old CD players, those common ones that have an input to connect a microphone and there we connected the low, maybe we didn't last long doing that, shortly after we burned the player doing that (hahaha).
Ya teniendo las ganas y teniendo la primera canción nos dimos cuenta que hacia falta el tercer instrumento, la batería, entonces comencé a trabajar en un cyber aparte vendí una play 2 y con eso mas otros ahorros y sacando dinero de donde podía reuní y compre una batería que me vendió un amigo, en muy mal estado, oxidada, con los cueros rotos, sin platillos, en serio muy mal estado pero que servia para lo que queríamos , aprender a tocar .

Tenia un vecino que frecuentaba mi casa y veía cuando mi amigo y yo ensayábamos, el día que llevamos la batería recién comprada a la casa solo por casualidad le preguntamos si quería aprender a tocar la batería, no le gustaba el rock, no estaba pendiente de tocar, pero tenia tiempo libre y la verdad solo necesitábamos a alguien con las mismas ganas de aprender y querer hacer música como nosotros. el acepto, casualmente le gustaba mucho la percusión, no precisamente la batería, pero si ya había tenido cierta experiencia tocando otros instrumentos de percusión y de esa forma nació Orion, una banda formada por adolescentes sin experiencia, sin dinero, sin instrumentos pero con muchas ganas de hacer música, de pasar un buen rato, y volver locos a los vecinos tocando a todas horas (jajaja)
I had a neighbor who frequented my house and watched when my friend and I rehearsed, the day we brought the newly bought drums home, we just by chance asked him if he wanted to learn to play drums, he didn't like rock, he wasn't aware of playing, but he had free time and the truth was we just needed someone with the same desire to learn and want to make music as we do. He accepted, coincidentally he liked percussion a lot, not exactly drums, but he had already had some experience playing other percussion instruments and in that way Orion was born, a band made up of teenagers without experience, without money, without instruments but really wanting to make music, have a good time, and drive the neighbors crazy playing all the time (hahaha)
Para finalizar esta historia debo decir que es bueno rodearnos de personas que fomenten y promuevan nuestros proyectos y creatividad, siempre habrán personas con metas y sueños parecidos a los nuestros y no hay nada mejor que aprovechar esas oportunidades y compartirlas con quienes tienen nuestros mismos intereses.
To end this story I must say that it is good to surround ourselves with people who encourage and promote our projects and creativity, there will always be people with goals and dreams similar to ours and there is nothing better than taking advantage of these opportunities and sharing them with those who have our same interests.
