En esta oportunidad les presento una Onda Nueva titulada El Gabo de Pedro Marín. La onda nueva es un género musical venezolano que la dió a conocer el maestro compositor Aldemaro Romero, este ritmo tiene como base el compás de 6/8 ó 3/4 al estilo del vals pero con modificaciones rítmicas en forma de sincopas. Generalmente el Bajo, y el Cuatro son los que llevan esta ritmica, luego llegó un maestro baterista como lo fue El pavo Frank que le incluye su innovación al agregar este instrumento a la onda nueva, de esta manera, Aldemaro y el pavo son íconos y referencia musical cuando hablamos de la Onda nueva.
