Saludos querida comunidad de Hive, 3speak y discord, Deseándoles el mayor de los éxitos hoy, mañana y siempre…
Al hablar de la tradición oral en Venezuela se debe prestar atención a la Música Tradicional y Popular de Venezuela por eso es justo y necesario hacer un reconocimiento a los compositores que se mantienen en el tiempo, asimismo establecer una conexión con la raíz y esencia del ser venezolano.
Por lo antes expuesto, hoy les dedico el tema Golosinas Criollas, Merengue Venezolano del Maestro Luis Alfredo Laguna, nace en 1926 y fallece en el año 1984, se dedicó desde muy joven a la música, siendo autodidacta y posteriormente guitarrista y compositor, aparte, este tema es uno de los más popularizados de nuestra música, está enmarcado dentro de la cotidianidad, labores culinarias de la gente de Caracas y de los distintos pueblos desde la época de la colonia.
Este merengue lo grabó el Maestro Jesús Sevillano, lo aprendí a los 10 años cuando estaba saliendo de la escuela, justo para el acto de promoción fue mi primera actuación cantando, me trae gratos recuerdos. Por otra parte, lo grabó el Ilán Chester, el Orfeón Universitario de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (U.C.V) junto a la Orquesta Típica de Venezuela, el maestro Simón Díaz, entre otros. Por aquí les muestro el inicio de la pieza en partitura para cuatro voces para arreglo coral, versionada por el Maestro Gregory Pino, escrita en ritmo de 5/8 compás que caracteriza nuestro merengue venezolano, luego incluyo la letra completa.

When talking about the oral tradition in Venezuela, we must pay attention to the Traditional and Popular Music of Venezuela, that is why it is fair and necessary to recognize the composers who remain in time, and also to establish a connection with the roots and essence of the Venezuelan being.
For the above mentioned, today I dedicate the song Golosinas Criollas, Venezuelan Merengue by Maestro Luis Alfredo Laguna, born in 1926 and died in 1984, he dedicated himself to music from a very young age, being self-taught and later guitarist and composer, besides, this song is one of the most popularized of our music, it is framed within the daily life, culinary work of the people of Caracas and the different towns since colonial times.
This merengue was recorded by Maestro Jesus Sevillano, I learned it when I was 10 years old when I was leaving school, just for the act of promotion was my first performance singing, it brings me fond memories. On the other hand, it was recorded by Ilán Chester, the Orfeón Universitario de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (U.C.V) together with the Orquesta Típica de Venezuela, Maestro Simón Díaz, among others.
