I've done some gigs lately and been going to a drum teacher who is helping me along.

Away for holiday. I was in London too for 4 days ( Stockwell area ). Then I was organizing the 1 week jazz festival and other gigs. Drum lessons ?? That sounds very interesting
My teacher has classical training and has worked on West End musicals. I see her once a month and we cover a lot in an hour. She was helping me with some swing jazz stuff. I can do the basics, but still have much to learn. I posted video of a gig recently.
Give me a shout when you are in the UK again and maybe we could meet up.
