Laksh’s classical guitar journey - Short, Classy & Powerful...

Hey All,

Yet another perfromance from Laksh and this time we have his classicial guitar journey to be shared. It’s been a while since I bought him the classical guitar, and he has been determined to learn it entirely on his own by following YouTube tutorials and other online material. I have been telling him the more you practice the better it gets. As a result we have today’s performance which is the perfect example of that.

Laksh played this beautiful tune on his classical guitar today, something he learned by following a YouTube tutorial. The best part that I liked most wasn’t just the melody, but the way he applied fingerstyle basics, maintained timing, and kept the tone clean, which is a true sign of progress, patience, and maturity in his playing. Overall what I am seeing is that his curiosity to explore new songs and willingness to practice until it sounds right is what’s shaping his musical journey. I guess he is now ready to start giving his exams for Trinity College London and slowly work towards getting certified in each level. In total, there are 8 levels — starting from the basic foundation grades all the way up to the advanced performance grades. So that is coming as well but for now let us sit back and enjoy this beautiful guitar performance...

Tracking Monetary Rewards for Laksh Electric Guitar Purchase - Target $600+

I won’t get into all the details, but here’s a quick update on the monetary tracking. So far, we’ve collected a little over $125+ dollars from all the posts combined. At this rate, it looks like before we even reach $600, I may have to step in and get him his electric guitar because with the way he is progressing, he definitely won’t wait that long and will ask me to fund the remaining amount, which I’m perfectly fine with. But let’s see how far this goes, and later we’ll look back at this journey with a smile, knowing how beautifully it all started and how consistently he worked toward his dream.
