¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo mi reseña musical clásica de cada semana, pero en esta ocasión, quiero hacer la continuación de una reseña que hice hace tiempo que pueden leer al hacer click aquí; la temática es la balada, siendo este uno de mis géneros musicales favoritos, son muchas las canciones que he escuchado e interpretado de este género, es simplemente magnífico.
Así que, sin más que agregar, hablemos un poco sobre mis baladas favoritas:
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you my classic music review of every week, but this time, I want to do the continuation of a review I did some time ago that you can read by doing click here; the theme is the ballad, being this one of my favorite music genres, there are many songs I have listened and interpreted of this genre, it's just magnificent.
So, without further ado, let's talk a little about my favorite ballads:
1.- Alex Ubago & Amaia Montero - Sin Miedo A Nada
Comenzamos esta reseña con este temazo que he escuchado y cantado tantas veces en mi vida, que siento que ya forma parte de mi historia personal; fue una de las primeras canciones que me aprendí en la guitarra para poder cantarla en vivo mientras tocaba, porque a mí me costaba un poco el hecho de tocar y cantar en simultáneo.
En mi época universitaria, esta canción significó demasiado para mí porque yo cantaba en un grupo llamado Ciencias Es Ritmo, en dicho grupo, tuve la oportunidad de cantar en el Aula Magna de la Universidad Central de Venezuela junto con la personas que era mi pareja en aquél entonces y fue una experiencia magnífica, de hecho, tengo un vídeo de ello que pueden ver al hacer click aquí.
Siento que la letra de esta canción es muy poderosa, la versión de Alex Ubago en solitario es muy buena, pero esta es simplemente mágica, la voz de Amaia Montero le da un toque especial que se queda guardado en tus emociones para siempre.
We begin this review with this great song that I have heard and sung so many times in my life, that I feel it is already part of my personal history; it was one of the first songs I learned on the guitar to sing it live while playing, because it was a little difficult for me to play and sing simultaneously.
In my university days, this song meant a lot to me because I sang in a group called Ciencias Es Ritmo, in that group, I had the opportunity to sing in the Aula Magna of the Universidad Central de Venezuela together with the person who was my partner at that time and it was a magnificent experience, in fact, I have a video of it that you can see by clicking here click here.
I feel that the lyrics of this song are very powerful, Alex Ubago's solo version is very good, but this one is simply magical, Amaia Montero's voice gives it a special touch that stays in your emotions forever.
2.- Pablo Alboran ft Jesse & Joy - Donde Está El Amor
Esta canción es un temazo con arreglos musicales hermosísimos, el cuál conocí gracias a un profesor de canto que tuve que nos dijo a @dimeshana y a mí que la interpretáramos porque quería escucharnos en un dúo que no fuera la canción de «Estoy Enamorado» de Thalia y Pedro Capó, porque ya la habíamos practicado muchas veces.
La mezcla de Jesse y Joy con Pablo Alborán me parece totalmente espectacular, porque sus voces contrastan tanto y la balada pop es un género donde tanto el solista como el dúo son magníficos, esta era una colaboración que tenía que suceder de forma natural.
La letra de esta canción es muy fuerte, porque básicamente son metáforas sobre el hecho de que el amor aún no inunda la vida de dos personas que se mantienen en contacto, pero aún no consolidan el sentimiento que quisieran y por eso se preguntan el dónde está el amor y el porqué no los ha afectado aún, es muy emotiva.
This song is a great song with beautiful musical arrangements, which I knew thanks to a singing teacher I had who told @dimeshana and me to perform it because he wanted to hear us in a duet that was not the song "Estoy Enamorado" by Thalia and Pedro Capó, because we had already practiced it many times.
The mix of Jesse y Joy with Pablo Alborán seems totally spectacular to me, because their voices contrast so much and the pop ballad is a genre where both the soloist and the duo are magnificent, this was a collaboration that had to happen naturally.
The lyrics of this song are very strong, because basically they are metaphors about the fact that love has not yet flooded the lives of two people who keep in touch, but still do not consolidate the feeling they would like and so they wonder where love is and why it has not affected them yet, it is very emotional.
3.- Alejandro Sanz ft TINI - Un Beso En Madrid
El día que escuché esta canción, algo dentro de mí explotó, porque jústamente tenía apenas un par de semanas de haber escuchado a TINI por primera vez, obviamente enamorándome de su voz y de su estilo, pero cuando leí el nombre Alejandro Sanz en esta canción, supe que sería una obra maestra.
Lo más épico de las baladas hoy en día, es que pueden ser de este tipo, al fusionarlas un poco el pop para darle otro matíz, en este caso particular, con fusiones de la música flamenca como el cajón, los aplausos y demás.
El vídeo musical es muy fuerte, porque habla del contraste entre el hecho de haber conseguido el amor con esa persona, mostrando escenas del contraste entre el amor cuando está empezando y el amor después de terminar, es fuerte.
The day I heard this song, something inside me exploded, because I had just a couple of weeks of listening to TINI for the first time, obviously falling in love with his voice and style, but when I read the name Alejandro Sanz in this song, I knew it would be a masterpiece.
The most epic thing about ballads nowadays, is that they can be of this type, by fusing them a little pop to give them another nuance, in this particular case, with fusions of flamenco music like the cajón, the clapping and so on.
The music video is very strong, because it talks about the contrast between the fact of having achieved love with that person, showing scenes of the contrast between love when it is beginning and love after it is over, it is strong.
Bonus Track.- Susana Cala - Domingo
Del mismo modo como me pasó con TINI, también me pasó con Susana Cala, siento que cuando conocí a esta chica, que fue a raíz de la canción que tuvo con Lasso llamada «Mi Canción Favorita», quise buscar un poco más del material de esta chica, y encontré este vídeo y definitivamente supe que esta chica es simplemente impresionante.
Luego de investigar un poco su vida, encontré que ella es hermana del vocalista principal de Morat, así que la vena artística ya estaba ahí, la calidad de sus músicos es impresionante y su sonido es muy particular.
La letra de esta canción es magnífica, porque habla de ese momento en el que ya intimaste con una persona, porque es una persona que te atrajo en un momento, con la que tal vez saliste a tener una noche de copas, terminaste teniendo sexo tal vez pero te dejó pensando un poco, por eso la frase de «somos un Viernes pero no un Domingo», porque básicamente son un Viernes para salir al club o a tomar algo, pero no un Domingo como para quedarse a ver películas en una casa juntos como una pareja.
Esta chica tiene un nivel impresionante en todo sentido, letra y música, el concepto que tiene es mágico.
In the same way as it happened to me with TINI, it also happened to me with Susana Cala, I feel that when I met this girl, which was because of the song she had with Lasso called "Mi Canción Favorita", I wanted to look for a little more of this girl's material, and I found this video and I definitely knew that this girl is just awesome.
After doing some research on her life, I found that she is the sister of Morat's lead singer, so the artistic vein was already there, the quality of her musicians is impressive and her sound is very particular.
The lyrics of this song are magnificent, because it talks about that moment in which you already got intimate with a person, because it is a person that attracted you in a moment, with whom maybe you went out to have a night of drinks, you ended up having sex maybe but left you thinking a little, that's why the phrase "we are a Friday but not a Sunday", because basically they are a Friday to go out to the club or to have a drink, but not a Sunday to stay and watch movies in a house together as a couple.
This girl has an impressive level in every sense, lyrics and music, the concept she has is magical.
