¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo mi clásica reseña musical de cada semana y en esta ocasión decidí traer una banda que es considerada como una de las mejores bandas de la música venezolana, al punto de que cuando uno escucha su música, si te preguntas qué género cantan, la respuesta definitivamente es su nombre y marca: GUACO.
Creo que no hay venezolano que no haya escuchado así sea por casualidad una canción de la super banda de Venezuela, es simplemente parte de la cultura venezolana más arraigada, así que, sin más que agregar, les traigo mis canciones favoritas (en primera instancia) de Guaco.
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you my classic weekly music review and this time I decided to bring a band that is considered one of the best bands in Venezuelan music, to the point that when you listen to their music, if you ask yourself what genre they sing, the answer is definitely their name and brand: GUACO.
I think there is no Venezuelan who has not heard even by chance a song of the super band from Venezuela, it is simply part of the most ingrained Venezuelan culture, so, without further ado, I bring you my favorite songs (in the first instance) of Guaco.
1.- Las Caraqueñas

Comenzamos con este súper hit de la super banda de Venezuela, la cuál tuve la dicha de poder cantar en vivo muchas veces cuando estuve en una orquesta de música bailable como vocalista principal y corista en el año 2012 llamada "Ciencias es Ritmo" en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad Central de Venezuela.
Es una canción con un ritmo demasiado sabroso para bailar, además del hecho de que la letra es muy real porque en Caracas existe un montón de mujeres bellas, por eso yo me enamoré perdidamente de @ladyunicorn, porque ese flow no se consigue en ningún lado.

We start with this super hit of the super band from Venezuela, which I had the joy of singing live many times when I was in a dance music orchestra as lead singer and backing vocalist in 2012 called "Ciencias es Ritmo" at the Faculty of Sciences of the Central University of Venezuela.
It's a song with a rhythm too tasty to dance to, besides the fact that the lyrics are very real because in Caracas there are a lot of beautiful women, that's why I fell madly in love with @ladyunicorn, because you can't get that flow anywhere.
2.- Pídeme
Esta es una de las canciones románticas pop que escuché de Guaco en su lanzamiento y no pude dejar de cantar desde entonces, es inevitable escuchar esta canción y pararme a bailar y cantarla, porque la letra es sencilla pero es sabrosita como para ese momento en el que estás con tu persona especial y quieres tener un momento romántico y bonito al respecto.
This is one of the romantic pop songs I heard from Guaco on its release and I couldn't stop singing since then, it's inevitable to listen to this song and stop dancing and singing it, because the lyrics are simple but tasty for that moment when you are with your special person and you want to have a nice romantic moment about it.
3.- Sentimiento Nacional
Creo que nunca me ha gustado tanto una canción que hable sobre Venezuela con el tema del nacionalismo como esta, tiene una vibra que te da felicidad y que te llena de ese "Sentimiento Nacional" que nos une como venezolano; cuando escuché esta canción, super que Guaco era otra cosa, porque no es fácil hacer una canción como esta y que se vuelva un hit, pero ese es el poder de Guaco.
Esta es una de las canciones que me sé sin saber cómo me la sé, porque realmente no es una canción que tenga en mi playlist todos los días o que la haya escuchado tanto antes, pero solo sucedió.
I don't think I have ever liked a song that talks about Venezuela with the theme of nationalism as much as this one, it has a vibe that gives you happiness and fills you with that "National Feeling" that unites us as Venezuelans; when I heard this song, I knew Guaco was something else, because it's not easy to make a song like this and have it become a hit, but that's the power of Guaco.
This is one of the songs that I know without knowing how I know it, because it's not really a song that I have in my playlist every day or that I've heard so much before, but it just happened.
Bonus Track .- Baja
Este podría considerarse el "himno" más actual de la super banda de Venezuela, el cual ahora es un meme por la frase de "que esto lo baila Piqué con Shakira" por los motivos de los cuáles hemos sido testigos este año 2022, sin embargo, para mí es uno de los mejores temas que tiene esta banda, además de que el vídeo es bastante interesante aunque gracioso por el tema de la seducción "boomer", sabiendo que ese es el target básicamente de Guaco.
Es lo que podría considerarse un "reggaetón de Guaco" o un "Guaquetón/Guacotón" porque, como dije anteriormente, ellos son un género aparte en la música, porque es una mezcla que no existe y tienen algo en su sonido que los diferencia de otros grupos de música latina, simplemente unos genios.
This could be considered the most current "anthem" of the super band from Venezuela, which is now a meme for the phrase "that this is danced by Piqué with Shakira" for the reasons that we have witnessed this year 2022, however, for me it is one of the best songs that this band has, besides the video is quite interesting although funny for the theme of the "boomer" seduction, knowing that this is basically the target of Guaco.
It is what could be considered a "Guaco reggaeton" or a "Guaquetón/Guacotón" because, as I said before, they are a genre apart in music, because it is a mix that does not exist and they have something in their sound that differentiates them from other Latin music groups, simply geniuses.

Guaquetón JAJAJAJAJAJA ay diosmio como me pude reír..
Definitivamente guaco es como la cerveza, a no todo el mundo le gusta pero es parte fundamental de toda reunión familiar en Venezuela; antes no me gustaba pero al crecer fui agarrándole el gusto y ahora me lo disfruto muchísimo.
Ciertamente Guaco no tiene ningún género al que se le puede asociar, ellos crearon sj propio género y más nadie ha podido replicarlo, ni siquiera ellos mismos después de cambiar a varios integrantes.
