El día de hoy les traigo mi clásica reseña musical y hoy sí arrancamos con mucha energía y con mucho flow porque les traigo uno de mis grupos favoritos de Jazz como lo es Snarky Puppy, un grupo que sé que van a amar aunque puede que no entiendan el tipo de música que hace, ya que el género Jazz es bastante complicado de entender, se basa mucho en la improvisación y básicamente en el hecho de "romper las reglas" de la música.
En este compilatorio les quiero mostrar algunas de las múltiples obras épicas que posee este grupo , ya sea al tocar ellos solos o al tener colaboraciones con otros artistas de élite, así que, sin más que agregar, ¡comencemos!
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you my classic music review and today we start with a lot of energy and a lot of flow because I bring you one of my favorite Jazz bands like Snarky Puppy, a band that I know you are going to love even though you may not understand the kind of music they make, since the Jazz genre is quite complicated to understand, it is based on improvisation and basically on the fact of "breaking the rules" of music.
In this compilation I want to show you some of the many epic works that this group has, either by playing alone or having collaborations with other elite artists, so, without further ado, let's get started!

La primera vez que escuché a Snarky Puppy fue por esta canción, no recuerdo quién fue la primera persona que me los mostró, creo que fue @jimmyvidal pero sé que una vez los escuché, terminé totalmente enamorado de este grupo y del trabajo tan estúpidamente profesional que realizan.
Más allá de ello, en esta canción hay detalles interesantes que al considerarlos como parte de un performance, se vuelve una locura total, como el hecho de que tanto los músicos como los oyentes tengan audífonos HQ para escuchar todo como sale directamente de la mezcla, una locura.
Además de ello, las trompetas tienen el filtro "Wah Wah" que utilizan las guitarras eléctricas para ese sonido particular, es una demencia, y por supuesto, el solo de teclado no tiene sentido, además del hecho de que el baterista es un alienígena, si no me creen, denle click al botón de play.

The first time I heard Snarky Puppy was because of this song, I don't remember who was the first person who showed them to me, I think it was @jimmyvidal but I know that once I heard them, I ended up totally in love with this band and the stupidly professional work they do.
Beyond that, in this song there are interesting details that when you consider them as part of a performance, it becomes totally crazy, like the fact that both musicians and listeners have HQ headphones to hear everything as it comes straight out of the mix, crazy.
Besides that, the trumpets have the "Wah Wah" filter that the electric guitars use for that particular sound, it's insane, and of course, the keyboard solo makes no sense, besides the fact that the drummer is an alien, if you don't believe me, click the play button.

Siempre he pensado que las voces de personas afrodescendientes son superiores en todo ámbito y sentido posible, y en este performance se deja entrever ese nivel de flow, los graves de su registro son totalmente espectaculares y el "mood" que le colocan a la canción te hace sentir atrapado, solo bastan unos 20 segundos para saber que estás de cara a una obra maestra.
I have always thought that the voices of Afro-descendants are superior in every possible way, and in this performance that level of flow is revealed, the bass of their register is totally spectacular and the "mood" that they place on the song makes you feel trapped, it only takes about 20 seconds to know that you are facing a masterpiece.
3.- Take It! ft Bernard Wright
Tenía tiempo sin escuchar a Snarky Puppy de forma reciente, ayer mi mejor amigo @thejuls vino a mi casa a pasar un par de días conmigo y decidí mostrarle el grupo y cuando puse en el buscador de Youtube el nombre, encontré esta joya maestra y créanme cuando les digo, que este nivel de flow es una bestialidad.
Tiene ese estilo funky que tanto me fascina, con unos sintetizadores bailando en conjunto con el bajo, las trompetas creando el ambiente y luego la trompeta soleando, simplemente es una locura escuchar instrumentos haciendo solos como si fuera una guitarra eléctrica, es magnífico.
I had some time without listening to Snarky Puppy recently, yesterday my best friend @thejuls came to my house to spend a couple of days with me and I decided to show him the group and when I put in the Youtube search engine the name, I found this master jewel and believe me when I tell you, that this level of flow is a beast.
It has that funky style that fascinates me so much, with some synthesizers dancing in conjunction with the bass, the trumpets creating the atmosphere and then the trumpet sunning, it's just crazy to hear instruments soloing as if it were an electric guitar, it's magnificent.
Bonus Track.- I'll Do Me ft Jayna Brown
Como bonus, quiero traer esta canción porque más allá de lo que ya conocemos de la calidad musical de Snarky Puppy, la chica que los acompaña en colaboración en este performance es INCREÍBLE, su control de registro vocal no tiene el más mínimo sentido, tiene agudos espectaculares y graves muy marcados para ser tan joven, se nota muchísimo que ha trabajado demasiado en su técnica vocal.
Los invito a que se relajen y escuchen desde un lugar en el que se sientan cómodos, porque esto es simplemente increíble.
As a bonus, I want to bring this song because beyond what we already know about the musical quality of Snarky Puppy, the girl who accompanies them in collaboration in this performance is AMAZING, her vocal register control does not make the slightest sense, she has spectacular highs and very marked lows for such a young girl, you can tell she has worked a lot on her vocal technique.
