No comment, knew a guy who loved heavy metal, no way changing his mind it really was what got him up every day I think!
Sons came along with some not too heavy metal which was enjoyable, perhaps time of day, mood depends, individual taste.

I agree, I don't listen to heavy metal daily, sometimes not even in a week or two, but there's certainly a time and place for it in my playlists.
Every so often it's good to listen to, got a good dose when son was in the house with more modern mix.
