House Music Weekend - Time Machine with Winkandwoo

I wasn't sure which one I was going to share today but as I was browsing my soundcloud page, this one came into my eye line and it seemed appropriate!

After a tough day on court, losing all 6 sets in a league match, it was like winding the clock back to the times I played as a junior before heading off to Uni lol! Always struggled to keep the ball in the court so somethings never change I guess!

And it looks like I'll be starting a new job soon too at an old company which I'm looking forward to so well and truly going back in time.

Although after being away from it and developing skills and experience elsewhere, this feels a lot different and, well, just right!

Despite this, a little trip down memory lane is good fun and Time Machine with the superb vocals from @winkandwoo here helped propel my first foray in to House Music to an epic level I'd have never imagined!

If I remember, there was a music contest on Hive to go out of your comfort zone and I created the instrumental but I forget what it was called. Then Wink asked if he could add some vocals to it and I was not going to say no with his talent on offer!

So I'm going to stop writing now and let you enjoy the tune, happy House music weekend!

Lyrics

If the future calls to you
When you're in the present time
You can move towards the path
It doesn't even matter if you meet the contrast

Let's go back
To forgotten dreams
Take me back
In your Time Machine

we should do another one soon nicky

We really should if our two collabs so far have been anything to go by 💪

totally nicky , i will wait for the muse to hit you and we can rise again !

This was a really fun tune! Vocals were fun, too. One of these days we'll need to get you singing!

Thanks Victor! Ha, if I sing, windows will break and the neighbourhood cats might get involved as well!

Haha! Understood. I get loud complaints when I sing, too.

I remember when my daughter was playing violin the Husky we had at the time would join in. omg that was hysterical.
