The latest episode of Radio Liquorice has aired, on the theme of all things autumn, or fall, the season of new pencil cases, exercise books, crisp school uniform and shiny shoes (although they never stayed shiny for long!)

We have hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond, as well as the usual mix of genres, including some vintage jazz from the first half of the 20th century.
This episode also features a new signature tune that plays a few bars from a famous pop hit of the 1980s on the bass recorder, after putting it through a Zoom effects pedal to sound like a brass instrument.
(The bass recorder is having a bit of a moment given the popularity of the Mandalorian, and it features on the theme tune for the show.)
