Last week I spoke about NF and his concept albums. One thing about his albums are how the first tune sometimes can show the full vibe of the album.
It's a concept album; an album centered on a certain story, theme or idea, so it makes sense that the first song of the album, the intro song would be one that would give you a hint of how the album would sound.
NF has used this consistently with some of his earlier albums having their intro songs actually titled Intro I, II and III.
Still I've seen this happen in other artists albums and it's something that I've fallen in love with, a song that is strong enough to stand on its own and can slowly or instantly introduce you to the feel of the album.

Fear ~ NF
This is from his latest EP and it's the tune that is gathering the most views, no surprise because this song is incredible.
NF's latest EP Fear is something that has shaken the fan base, most worried that it means he's retiring soon, some thinking that he's just done and afraid.
NF's works are very symbolic as he ties everything to himself, they can be interpreted as violent and sometimes maybe they are.
Personally, it's an EP I like but I'm part of the folks who feel the EP is Nate singing from "Fear's" perspective with Fear being another persona of NF who has taken control after Hope.
This intro song and the outro supports my theory so maybe we'll see some more darker albums later on... Only Time will tell maybe..
History ~ Dave
The Boy who Played the Harp is a beautiful concept album from Dave where he talks about his worries and his issues using music as his coping mechanism.
The name of the album is an allegory in itself referencing the biblical story of David playing the harp to soothe King Saul in the book of Samuel.
In summary, this album is about him trying to soothe his demons and this intro song is beautiful in and of itself.
In history, Dave talks about his past, his life and journey to success. Reminiscing on the dangers of his hometown, dreams of his friends and the history they've come to make.
United In Grief ~ Kendrick Lamar
Suddenly it feels like it's been so long since Kendrick came out on my posts.
His album Mr Morale and The Big Steppers is one that made waves and literally topped the charts in his history of concept albums. In this album, Kendrick talks about his personal journey through therapy, confronting generational trauma and other demons that come with the pressure of maintaining his public image.
In his intro song, United Through Grief, we're taken quickly through it all, his spending habits, sessions in therapy, his trauma and societal views. It's loud, chaotic and raw, just like the album.
It's another Tuesday and at such another time to drop three tunes for @ablaze's musical initiative #threetunestuesday.
These are my times for this week✨🎶
I wonder which of the songs y'all like the most😂✨
