I'm currently in Hamburg to visit my family as my Mum turned 90 on Friday. There isn't a big party, but rather small groups of the closer family on separate days so it doesn't get too much for her. She's physically still ok but can get a little nervous quickly.
I'm a bit bored right so I started looking at our gig videos, a task well overdue. I would have arrived on Friday but we had gig in Biggleswade which was amazing, and we'll be back! I'll be posting some of the material at some point.
Today I want to share one from August at the White Horse in Arlesey. "Barton Hollow" is a song that Steve has played for many years and with various female partners and loads of times at the White Horse in Arlesey with @purplesinger
It normally features only when we do three sets as not many people know it.
It's a song by the Civil Wars who have played a few songs together and one with Taylor Swift.

Ich bin gerade in Hamburg, um meine Familie zu besuchen, da meine Mutter am Freitag 90 geworden ist. Es gibt keine große Party, sondern eher kleinere Gruppen der engeren Familie an verschiedenen Tagen, damit es ihr nicht zu viel wird. Ihr geht es körperlich noch gut, aber sie kann schnell etwas nervös werden.
Mir ist gerade etwas langweilig, also habe ich angefangen, mir unsere Konzertvideos anzuschauen – eine längst überfällige Aufgabe. Ich wäre eigentlich am Freitag angekommen, aber wir hatten einen Auftritt in Biggleswade, der fantastisch war, und wir kommen wieder! Ich werde irgendwann etwas Material posten.
Heute möchte ich eins vom August im White Horse in Arlesey teilen. „Barton Hollow“ ist ein Song, den Steve seit vielen Jahren und mit verschiedenen Partnerinnen spielt und viele Male mit @purplesinger
Normalerweise kommt er nur vor wenn wir drei Sets spielen, da ihn nicht viele Leute kennen.
