Having fun with TTTuesday

One listens to musics for lots of reasons, for me, it makes me feel better when I’m down and it is food for my soul.
I am glad I eventually get to share my music interests with this community, my first time writing song reviews, these three ranks among my best top songs.

  1. "Royalty" by ezgod.

Royalty by ezgod was love at first listen! This song speaks of success, self worth, and resilience. The lyrics expressly speaks about claiming one's throne and accepting one's inborn greatness.

The production features heavy, rumbling bass with bold instrumentals and rich violins, which forms the core of the track. Royalty isn't just a song—it's a song with so much aura that will captivate your entire being.

Discovered this song sometime last year and it has been one of my top favourite and a driving force that motivates me.

2)"Angel by the wings" by Sia

Oh my, this song is so emotional; It is powerful yet subtle. I have been feeling down for a while and this song is just what does the job to elevate my spirit.

It blends themes of strong vocals and poignant instrumentals. Angel by the wings acknowledges the pains of listeners but doesn't dwell on it, just as a line of the lyrics says "I know you've never felt so alone but hold on, head up, be strong" instead, it encourages listeners, giving them a ray of hope, just as another line of the lyrics says "You can do anything".

I highly recommend whenever you are feeling down because it makes one feel seen and gives the courage to rise above challenges.

The instruments and Sia's voice send me to cloud nine. Sia is unarguably one of the best artists out there.

  1. "Escape" by Kehlani.
I am a fan of slow songs, so "Escape" is another one of my top songs. The song is a rich song talking about the desire to break free from their own emotions by escaping with someone they find solace in.

It softly reminds listeners that it's okay to let down their guard and embrace their emotions and to prioritize safe care.
I heard of this song when i first watched "Everything Everything" movie. A 10/10.

Thank you very much for your continuous support 🙏
