Introducing Indira Paganotto
This lady has definitely a special Techno sound, not the usual sound, special bringing together different styles, Folk from Africa, Metal guitar riffs with techno pumping beats (psytrance not to forget) - true unique in my view. Her father used to be a DJ and she seems to have learned a lot or just the vibes - born in Madrid, playing bigger festivals now - own label, friend with Charlotte de Witte - only this is a sign of quality.
Indira Paganotto ist schon über 30, wieso kannte ich sie nicht bislang - aufgewachsen in Madrid, Papa wohl auch DJ gewesen - sie hat was geerbt, geile Sets, die etwas unüblich aber voll Bass sind - sie variiert die Beats per Minute sehr spannend und vermischt nicht nur Elemente aus den 90er-Jahren und Spuren aus Psytrance und Underground-Techno sowie auch bringt afrikanische Folk Sounds mit Heavy Metal Sounds in einen genialen Teppich zusammen (unbedingt den Mix oben - also beide - durchhören).
Inzwischen hat sie ihr eigenes Label und bastelt gerne mit meiner Lieblings DJane aus Belgien - eine der wenigen DJanes wo ich sagen muss, die muss ich live erleben!
Some further sets from Miami and Berlin (in this strange Boiler room locations :-)!) - she is definitely good!
