Today I want to share with you three songs by a band whose members include a birthday boy. The birthday boy is Brian Baker, and today, 25 February, he celebrates his 60th birthday!
He was a founding member of the hardcore punk band Minor Thread. He initially played bass guitar in the band, later switching to guitar. In 1994, Baker was offered a position as a travelling musician with REM, but he declined the offer, opting instead to accept a position as a member of Bad Religion.
He also founded the band Dag Nasty.
