How productive are the techniques you use to relax. I love pen and paper for writing, it's the perfect tune to drain endless toxic emotions. I'm going to try to do the technique of listening in the background to the description of some beautiful quality to cultivate it, I just don't have a backyard to combine it with nature like you do, but I'll try near my window.

Yes, writing is definitely letting go through your fingers. Have you ever thought of having one of those plants that live in the shade?
