Very true - and an extremely useful practice to get into. I quit Instagram last summer, at first for a month, but when I saw how peaceful it was, I was away for an entire year. Now I'm back on to promote my classes mainly, but I still tend to ignore the noise from it and all the other social media apps - it's much easier to live inside this absence.
