he looks so sad, it must be tough for him if spirituality doesnt matter.
we get old and body crumbles, mind drift appart and there is not much left to enjoy...beside food.
but it is too late for him, you must accept and make him laugh like nothing matters.
he is very swollen that is why he needs water intakes, to dilute whatever is in his food like glutamates and obviously constipation...which doesnt help with mood.
its a bad cycle but if his mind is dropping all hope for life, may your family stay strong in acceptance.
