Number 6 Live in the now is jut perfect and glad you are not only learning to do it, but actually doing it.
That seems a brilliant challenge. Do you know the best goals are small, that is how you get progress, it is how you keep motivated. That is why a yearly challenge is too much, but by doing it daily for a week or a month then you get motivated to keep going because you don't break it!
