Thank you for sharing what helps and supporte you @consciouscat! I really appreciate that you've worked with various energy psychology tapping techniques for years, and synthesized and synergized what you've learned into your own techniques. I have similar experience with these modalities. One of the most useful way of doing it I've found is butterfly-hug cross-tapping integration while breathing deeply. This is incredibly beneficial while in the midst of a trauma reaction, as it helps to reset the system around it. I've used it for years myself to very good effect. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
