There is no lie in what you have said and truly, slow living does a lot of good to the body, mind and soul.

I learnt the importance of taking breaks some years ago and it's has been a very helpful tip. It helps to rejuvenate and the most surprising thing for me is how we end up being productive even more than those who are on fast mode.
