Macro Photography Session | Forgotten Roasts

Hello everyone :)

It's been so long since the last article that i shared about some photographic experiences in a macro and abstract register that i almost forgot about the time when i started a series of sessions where i regularly posted macro registers of objects and plants that i collected here at home and beyond.
I even reported that sometimes i found myself curled up close to the ground holding my breath and photographing the smallest things i could find in the most unlikely places.
I set up my home studio again here on the arm of the sofa for those indoor sessions with artificial light and as subject i chose a small branch of a plant that was stored there in a jar waiting for the next session which for some reason never came to fruition, but now the day has come to revive these sessions, and all because while going through a bag, i found the famous inverter ring.
In the last few sessions the registration was mostly based on the monochromatic tone, but this time i chose to keep the original color.

My introductory thoughts about macro photography:

It's amazing how macros with their blurred background can result in such different images full of contrasts and textures especially with this kind of subjects.
In the world of photography, especially macro photography, there is a universe of things available to everyone, enabling totally different and original approaches.

Among the various possible techniques to shoot macros, this is perhaps the most affordable and effective technique for those who have a camera with removable lens.
We can simply remove the lens and reverse the direction, and by using an inverter ring it ends up being more comfortable and facilitates the process.
