Hello dear friends,
last week I had lamented a little that for me the mushroom year 2021 has turned out rather poor. But you should not throw in the towel too early. Because now I have succeeded yet some beautiful late autumn finds.
Actually, I just want to go a little with mountain bike in the southern Spessart and enjoy the "Indian Summer" in glorious sunshine.

Hallo liebe Freunde,
letzte Woche hatte ich noch ein wenig lamentiert, daß für mich das Pilzjahr 2021 eher mau ausgefallen ist. Man sollte die Flinte aber nicht zu früh ins Korn werfen. Denn nun sind mir doch noch einige schöne spätherbstliche Funde gelungen.
Eigentlich wolle ich ja nur ein wenig mit Mountain Bike in den Südspessart fahren und den "Indian Summer" bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genießen.
Before I turned into the valley of the mills (Mühlental), I stopped at the ruins of St. Mark's Chapel and took a few pictures. The temperature rose well and I could get rid of the gloves.

Bevor ich in das "Mühlental" eingebogen bin, habe ich an der Ruine der Markuskapelle Station gemacht und ein paar Bilder geschossen. Die Temperatur stieg gut an und ich konnte mich der Handschuhe entledigen.

Bei diesem Bild musste ich einfach anhalten und knipsen.
It was getting warmer and warmer. Even a few bees were still on the way. In the Mühlental I stopped again and took these wonderful pictures.

Es wurde immer wärmer. Sogar ein paar Bienen waren noch unterwegs. Im Mühlental habe ich nochmal einen Halt gemacht und diese herrlichen Bilder gemacht.
I thought I'll go times direction Kartause Grünau - a, as far as I'm informed, old monastery, which has been converted into a restaurant - and look times, whether I could not yet find a few boletus. On the way I had again a few great motifs...

Ich dachte mir, ich fahre mal Richtung Kartause Grünau - einem, soweit ich informiert bin, alten Kloster, das zu einem Restaurant umfunktioniert wurde - und gucke mal, ob ich nicht doch noch ein paar Steinpilze finden könnte. Unterwegs hatte ich wieder ein paar tolle Motive...
I have not found porcini mushrooms. But for it vast quantities of trumpet chanterelles.

Steinpilze habe ich zwar nicht gefunden. Aber dafür Unmengen an Trompetenpfifferlingen.
This mushroom could be the Mycetinis alliaceus. However, I am not completely sure. I found a similar mushroom in one of the great videos by @sature, who used to post a lot here. However, he and @yoganarchista have built a great Youtube channel called Buschfunkistan. I love looking in there.

Dieser Pilz könnte der langstilige Knoblauchschwindling sein. Ganz sicher bin ich mir allerdings nicht. Einen ähnlichen Pilz habe ich in einem der tollen Videos von @sature gefunden, der früher hier viel gepostet hat. Er hat aber zusammen mit @yoganarchista einen tollen Youtube Kanal namens Buschfunkistan aufgebaut. Da gucke ich sehr gerne rein.
Here we have a Clitocybe nebularis. This mushroom we used to eat. Recently it was declared poisonous, so now we leave it.

Hier haben wir eine Nebelkappe.Diesen Pilz haben wir früher gegessen. Vor kurzem wurde er für giftig erklärt, so daß wir ihn nun stehen lassen.
Unfortunately, I do not know this candidate. But it looks beautiful.

Diesen Kandidaten kenne ich leider nicht. Sieht aber schön aus.
Here we have an old red-legged boletus. I only take them when they are young and crunchy - and I don't have tons of porcini mushrooms in the basket ;-)

Hier haben wir einen alten Rotfußröhrling. Die nehme ich nur mit, wenn sie jung und knackig sind - und ich nicht Unmengen an Steinpilzen im Korb habe. ;-)
Slowly the weather got worse. The sky was closing in. You can see it here on the way towards Hasselberg. At the top you could pause at the forest hut, but I wanted but now quickly home.

Langsam wurde nun das Wetter schlechter. Der Himmel zog sich zu. Man sieht es hier auf dem Weg Richtung Hasselberg. Ganz oben könnte man an der Waldhütte pausieren, aber ich wollte doch nun schnell nach Hause.
Arrived in the valley in Hasloch, I changed my mind and went to the Hasloch harbor area. There just landed a few paragliders. I had talked with one of the athletes about this sport. Very interesting, but would go beyond the scope of this article.

Im Tal in Hasloch angekommen, habe ich es mir doch anders überlegt und bin noch in den Haslocher Hafenbereich gefahren. Dort landeten gerade ein paar Paraglider. Ich hatte mich mit einem der Sportler über diesen Sport unterhalten. Sehr interessant, würde allerdings den Rahmen dieses Beitrages sprengen.

Sieht nach einer gelungenen Runde mit dem Bike aus. Super schöne Pilze hast du gefunden. War letztens auch Unterwegs auf Pilzsuche, war aber erfolglos.
Hallo Florian, man muß da echt die passenden Plätze und die richtige Zeit erwischen. Ich denke aber, jetzt sind wir hier auch so langsam durch, denn wir hatten den ersten Frost.
Ich trau mich da nicht ran. Bei meinem Glück gehe ich einmal Pilze sammeln und lande auf der Intensivstation. 🙈
Das ist eine gesunde Einstellung. Es gibt tatsächlich ein paar Pilzsorten, bei denen die erste Mahlzeit zugleich auch die letzte ist. :-)

Der Herbst ist schon wunderschön. Diese Farben sind einmalig und immer wieder schön.

The beautiful sync of leaves colors with the architecture and landscapes is just amazing. And, you been there with the cycling must have been a calm close and realxing view. I always wanted to shred through such scapes on my bicycle. Beautiful. Great captures with those color contrast. Loved it.
Oh, and were the mushrooms poisonous one really that you used to have ? Thats surprising.

I have always tolerated the mushrooms well. In old mushroom books they were described as edible. But you do not have to push your luck. I prefer to leave them ;-)

Dieses Jahr habe ich viele Pilze gesehen, aber ich kenne mich leider nicht aus und so muss ich sie alle stehen lassen und kann keinen essen :-)
Das ist in diesem Fall auch eine kluge Entscheidung. Danke, daß du mal hier vorbeigeschaut hast. ;-)
