The green tree python, also known as the emerald green python. The species is native to New Guinea, some islands in Indonesia, and the Cape York Peninsula in Australia. This one was the biggest snake among all of the species here. Here are some fun facts:

Jamaican Boa. While not as heavy-bodied as most boas, they can reach lengths up to 2.4m/8 ft making them the largest terrestrial predator in Jamaica. Most remarkably, these snakes that spend most of their time in the trees are capable of striking from the security of a branch or cave entrance to catch birds and bats out of the air, typically at night.

Snakes are one of the animals that I am most terrified of, but I can't deny how interesting they are to me and the beauty they radiate in these photos!

I can understand, I follow one group about snakes, where people keep saying that snakes wouldn't attack people first. I'm also afraid of snakes, but I agree that if humans mind their own business a lot of wild animals would mind theirs. There are some exceptions though like snakes getting in the house through the toilet 🙈, that is really really terrifying 😅

Snakes always look scary. People are usually afraid of them.
