It's just a matter of interpretation and in some countries the law is not clear or it's confusing. When it comes to art, it's ok as that's the beauty of it, but in law ... that's a different matter.
And the law is confusing, I think, sometimes... either intentionally or because lawyers make it confusing... I remember when I was studying law many years ago, it's a world apart.
True. I'm an economist and every move you make in this industry is determined by law. However, when there's room for interpretation ... problems start.
