I was at home, weather was not so good last week in Liguria, in front of Mediterranean sea.
It was raining heavy before sunset, and after rain weather seemed to be better. I went out in the home terrace, without a reason, to check the sky and the color of the sunset, when I suddenly a tornado appeared in my sight, on the beach in front of my house. It was incredible! Without wind, it rotated and moved fast, without touching the ground, and after some minutes it got even more weak (see last pic), until it disappeared.
I could not understand how big it was, it could be few hundreds meters faraway, or maybe some kilometers, I didn't understand it, and it was a bit scary but amazing.
Nature shows us such wonderful things without noise, nature doesn't need to promote its beauty, simply things happen in silence, and I felt very lucky to have watch and catch this rare beauty, and I'm happy to share it to you.

Seeing a tornado is awesome... but shooting one is even more awesome. Thanks for sharing. I love to see the forces of nature from a comfortable distance! hahhaa

Luckily it does not touch the ground, that is the moment in which they become noisy and dangerous. However amazing shots!

Wow, great shots! This must have been an incredible experience. Was it scary too? I think I would forget all about taking photos if I was in a situation like this O.O
I'm from tornado country, Middle-West U.S. but lived a long time in the South of France where we had a few mini tornados. In Wisconsin we have quite a few. Do you have basements in Italy? If not, then start a digging some🤣🤣 When you see a tornado pics must be quick, then you must go down into the Earth to hide lol😝 Beautiful pictures😍
