So today I'm so glad to tell you about the god from himalya and how himalyan people decorate him,
So hope y'all are doing great so today I'm goind to tell you about a god and his name is Leegan Narayan , so his name is like this because this god belongs to village called Leegan and narayan means Vishnu which is a Indian god.
And the difference between indian God and himachali God is nothing but the appearance usually the gods in India are like a statue and in Himachal which is a state of India here we have the statue and the rath as well
As you guys can see below.
So this type of structure is called "Rath" in our language , in here people believe that there is god or a power in these Rath , as much as i know these type of rath are only in two states of India which is Himachal and Uttarakhand and in these Rath the faces you see are made up of silver or gold and there are hundreds or maybe thousands of these Rath of different gods and goddess. People have so much faith in it since it's a actual spiritual power , so by seeing the structure of it you must've find this interesting and to carry this we need two people who carries the god on their shoulders with the help of those wooden thick sticks .
There are so many different gods with these Rath and every one of them have different story and I'll make sure to let you guys know more about our culture and all this in upcoming vlog.
