This winter I made a purchase that I had been thinking a long time ago. I bought an extension tube for my camera. Some time ago I already shared the photos of snowflakes taken with these macro rings.
And now spring has come in our region and it is time to try out the macro rings for shooting the macrocosm of nature.
Last weekend I went to my parents' summer house with a camera and went to the garden for a photo shoot.
To start with, I decided to use all three rings. Shooting with this kit proved to be no easy feat. Any shake of the camera in the hands or movement of a twig in the wind resulted in blurry footage.
But if you get a little knack and take several shots, you can get something interesting.
Below are the photos taken on that day. Perhaps they do not constitute any artistic value, but at the same time in these photos I was able to make out things that I had never seen before. For example, neither I nor my wife knew that a dandelion among the yellow petals hides such small curls.
Or I was able to clearly see what is usually inaccessible to the human eye. For example, small villi on young leaves, a small bug on a dandelion.
And for that I didn't even have to crop the photos.
Perhaps it would be nice to periodically shoot something with such equipment in order to see this marvelous macrocosm.
I strongly recommend to open the photo in a separate tab to appreciate it.

Wow sir that are really great shots thanks a lot for sharing
