Due to the large number of springs, the water temperature there is constantly kept around 7 degrees Celsius. In summer it is cold, and in winter it does not freeze. The depth is great and the water is very clear. Somewhere in 2010-2012, the bottom collapsed, and an underwater cave was discovered. But it has not yet been studied. In general, divers constantly dive on this lake.

There is a legend that the lake is connected by an underground river with the Shungut River, which flows nearby. As the legend says, once upon a time, a horse with a cart fell into the lake. And after some time, part of the wagon and the bones of the horse were found in the river, a few kilometers from the lake

In winter, I like this lake more, because of the contrast with the snow. In summer, everything is green - and the water seems a little blue. And in winter it is very beautiful, but cold :)
