Love these photos, it's amazing how much of a hike one can remember. That same green pond and the embankment of the little mountain stream. The Hike up to Rae Glacier is incredible. It's difficult to get lost too, just follow that stream :)

Maybe I overreacted a bit, initially I thought I needed to cross that stream, and I tried but didn’t want to get my shoes wet. Ended up being a good thing, because you weren’t supposed to cross anyhow!
Our first year hiking, I was constantly looking at GPS when given possible trail options, after a while, one gets used to the lay of the land and how trails generally work.
