OHH that's why!!! it can be noticed jaja man you are doing a great job! i enjoy the workout too, i do mostly calisthenics / use my own weight
Calisthenics is how I first got started working out. My health/fitness instructor in high school always said that calisthenics and resistance bands were his favorite way to workout. He was always so lean and totally shredded.
