We currently live in Turkey, and Turkey is not a very warm country, but it is not very cold either. And thanks to this, you can observe the flowering and fruiting of trees here all year round. Especially trees with fruits such as oranges, tangerines, lemons and another exotic fruit called Medlar.
I don't know if it's just me, but I personally didn't know about the existence of this fruit until I came to Turkey. When it is ripe, it has a color from bright yellow to orange. The taste is sweet and sour. And I just fell in love with this fruit from the moment I learned about it. In the period from April to May, we walked around the city of Kemer in the evenings and stole these wonderful fruits. If you want to google it, write "Mespilus" and the first picture is the way it looks in real life.
So, Turkey is such an amazing country that you can see ripe oranges hanging on the same tree, and new flowers are already blooming. Trees bear fruit here twice a year. Now it is the middle of winter, January. And my mother and I walk around Kemer and observe the beauty of what is happening now. Medlar trees are blooming right now. Everywhere you go, you can see a majestic tree with white flowers. Elegant beautiful white flowers. There are a lot of them here. The smell of these flowers is very good. So sweet. But please don't stick your nose in there until you check the flower for emptiness.
The thing is that dozens of bees pollinate the flowers during the day. They fly from flower to flower and work on each flower. And this action looks very good. And by the way, today I was finally able to photograph this magical moment. Enjoy these beautiful photos. This is a miracle.
