Here we are getting a little closer to the magnificent Lineham Falls, located inside Waterton Lakes Park, Alberta. Along the way, there was also a miniature falls to check out. Notice the red tint in the rocks, apparently there is a lot of iron oxide in the park. Even the dirt has a redness to it in places (I also grabbed some small red rocks as souvenirs to take home, couldn’t resist lol — the boy in me..). Thanks for stopping by, and hope your weekend is going well.

Hehe, it’s always nice to bring home a souvenir from a place we’ve visited. It gives us something to remember the experience by.
Waterfalls are truly beautiful! Whether they’re big or small, they have their own charm and natural beauty.
I now have a small collection of small red rocks!
That iron oxide tint really makes the landscape stand out. I totally get grabbing a few of those red rocks for souvenirs either way.
Yeah, a small token to remember the amazing hike that it was.
What a beautiful place.😍
Incredible hike it was.
The reddish-hued stones have made the entire landscape even more attractive.
Canadian version of mars in a way lol.
Love this so much, sharing it with friends

STOPThe iron oxide tinting everything red is such a Waterton detail, and taking a couple of souvenir rocks home feels like the right call.
