I was looking at these photos and then thinking to myself, what would be a good title for today’s post? Clean country roads, beautiful mountain views, neatly baled hay, green pastures, cattle. This is “God’s country”, seems to sum up this photo shoot and my feelings. These photos were captured somewhere between Waterton lakes park and Pincher creek, Alberta. Looking forward to a return trip sometime this summer, to complete a few unfinished hikes that are on my radar. Stay tuned. Thanks for stopping by.

Oh, actually, you know what? I do like both the colour and the black and white. I don't know that I'm much of a photographer, but I do enjoy seeing your photos. You're right, it is amazing how a simple hay bale in the right environment can just look so lovely.

That's surely not a mainstream destination for people, even thought I guess it does its best in spring with all the green or autumn with the fall colors
