Last Spring, we had the opportunity to go to one of my favourite places — Banff. Back in the day, I lived inside the park, so every so often we like to do a sort of “homecoming”. Generally we find ourselves inside Banff Park, two or three times a year. Speaking of Banff, I will be heading back for another adventure in a couple of weeks, for a “last hoorah” before the snow flies. Today’s photos were captured at one of the more popular lakes, Lake Minnewanka. A place I have been countless times over the years. Thanks for stopping by.

I love the first and third pictures! That first one the whole top of the picture seems out of alignment with the bottom, pretty cool angle you found there. And that third, what a beautiful shot of the peak, I love it! I'm excited for you having a chance to head back there in a couple of weeks! It sounds like an adventure that the whole family can enjoy to be in the outdoors and enjoy nature's beauty!

Definitely lower, things were still thawing when I took these photos. By about July, water levels will be up.
