Here at Blakiston Falls, there is an upper viewing platform and a lower viewing platform. Pretty cool actually. It allows you to get right up there on the edge for a great view of the canyon. This is one of the benefits of hiking inside a national park, often times you get these fantastic well built viewing decks! Only problem though is the national parks tends to bring out the crowds of people. In fact the parking lot out here is just jammed with cars. Small price to pay though for the beautiful views. Thanks for stopping by.

"What impressive shots! I love how you handle the depth of field in these takes; you can really feel the vastness of the canyon from that platform. It's true that crowds in national parks can be a challenge, but as you said, that view is worth every second of the wait. Great work with the Sony!"
The trail design is beautiful and easy to navigate. I imagine if the area were still filled with green trees, it would be even more spectacular. It looks beautiful now.
Such a beautiful view. So refreshing. 😍
That was a good idea to place a platform to let you look better but I don't know, it kinda ruins the nature surrounding effect... Yeah national parks with good sun are always crowded
